WordPress Upgrade

There’s a new look both inside and out at the blog. Commenters beware — there’s a handful of words that will get you automatically erased. That should help with the TONS of comment spam we had been getting that had pretty much caused this site to go into hibernation. Well, that and lots of other things. You know how life is.

Finished!

A surprisingly decent night’s sleep later and we’re moved! Blog away and let me know if there are any anomalies.

I have noticed that there’s a slight hang while it posts, so be patient. Also, if you’re posting pictures, please use the upload option in the menu as the old way won’t work anymore.

The move is on.

Villagers, hold your thoughts. The blog is moving along with the rest of the Village to a new web host. Please wait for the all clear to post anything you want to see again. (This may take 24-36 hours from now.)

The Village, in honor of its fifth birthday, will be changing web hosts soon. But trust me, it’s gonna rock. File transfers are going so much quicker!
